Back office user roles

Merchants can have multiple users in their Txn back office. User invitations and permissions are managed through Txn. Contact your sales or integration manager at Txn to set up users for you.

  • Owner: Full access. Can manage API keys, withdraw funds, exchange funds, view transactions, and add and manage users.

  • Spender: Can withdraw and exchange funds, and view transactions. Cannot manage API keys or users.

  • Trader: Can exchange funds and view transactions. Cannot withdraw funds, manage API keys, or manage users.

  • Viewer: Read-only access. Can only view transactions. No permissions for fund actions, API management, or user management.
